Last Updated: September 6, 2026
1. Overview
Credit1Network provides a fair and transparent dispute resolution process to protect both parties in B2B transactions. This policy outlines the procedures, timelines, and guidelines for resolving disputes on our platform.
Our goal is to ensure that all parties receive fair treatment and that disputes are resolved quickly and equitably based on evidence and platform rules.
2. When to Open a Dispute
You should open a dispute if:
- The seller fails to deliver goods/services as described
- The buyer refuses to release escrow after delivery
- Items received are significantly different from description
- There is evidence of fraud or misrepresentation
- The other party is unresponsive for 48+ hours
- Payment or delivery issues that cannot be resolved directly
- Unauthorized account access or transaction
3. Before Opening a Dispute
We strongly encourage users to attempt direct resolution first:
- Communicate with the other party via platform messaging
- Clearly explain the issue and desired resolution
- Allow reasonable time for response (24-48 hours)
- Document all communications
- Take screenshots of relevant evidence
Many issues can be resolved through direct communication without formal dispute proceedings.
